How do I obtain my TSD transcript?
- Login to Learning Pro
- Select "Transcript" from the menu along the top of the page to view your transcript.
How do I print/download my official* TSD transcript?
- Login to Learning Pro
- Select "Transcript" from the menu along the top of the page to view your transcript.
- Scroll until you see "Transcript Tools" on the right side of the page.
- ​Select Print Official Transcript
- This will create a PDF that you can print or download*
- *It is recommended that you download your official transcript so that you can upload it to COOL when it is time to renew your license.
How do I upload information into COOL for CDE?
At times you will be required to upload documents to the Colorado Online Licensing system (COOL). Typically these include:
- Documentation to add a Designation or Endorsement
- Transcripts to Advance or Renew your license
- Other items as required
To upload information to CDE through COOL:
- Make sure that you have the documents that you wish to upload saved to your computer.
- Login to COOL
- Click the button that corresponds to the action you wish to complete: (i.e. "advance," "endorsement.")
- Follow the prompts on your computer to select the relevant document(s) to upload.
