Evaluation: A Process not an Event

Thompson School District uses the Colorado Performance Management System (COPMS) also known as RANDA to facilitate the annual evaluation of licensed personnel employed before March 1st greater than 0.25 FTE*. Below are the connection points within the evaluation cycle. (CCR: 301-87, 5.3 (H)). *Licensed personnel employed after March 1st or less than 0.25 FTE shall be evaluated using a narrative evaluation aligned to the appropriate educator quality standards.
