Measures of Student Learning

Student Outcomes: Individual and Collective Measures

Teachers/Principals/Assistant Principals:

Visual to demonstrate that individual measures are worth 20% and collective measures are worth 10%

 

Individual - Attributed Growth Measure: Student results on a measure are attributed to one licensed educator.

Collective - Attributed growth measure: Student results on a measure are attributed to two or more licensed educators.

Special Service Providers:

  • A minimum of two (2) measures aligned with the role and duties of the SSP. Each measure will be assigned 15%*. May include two individual measures.
  • Data used in evaluating SSPs must be collected from the sites, or a representative sample of the sites, at which the SSP provides services.

A collective measure is not required for SSPs; however, an SPP may opt-in to a collective measure if they choose. (*Collective measures weights are limited to 10%.)
