Employee Online

If you have forgotten  your password, you will need to request a new password.

1. Select "Forgot Login" on the Employee Online Login page.
2. Enter the email address you utilized when setting up your Employee Online account. This may be your personal or TSD email address.
3. Select "Email."
4. You will receive an email containing a temporary password. Follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.

The temporary password in the email will be used as the "old password" when creating your new password.

Your username is your Employee ID Number (EID). Contact your supervisor if you need your Employee ID Number.

1. Log into your Employee Online account. 
2. Select "Menu."
3. Select "Substitute."
4. Select "W-2."

From here, you'll have the option to view your current W-2 and those from the past.

You will automatically receive a paper copy of W-2 near the end of February each year.

To opt out of paper W-2s and receive them only on your EO account, select "Opt-Out of receiving paper W-2 forms" to be able to access your digital W-2 before the paper W-2s have been mailed.
