Absence Management

OPTION 1:

Jobulator is the official Frontline Absence Management companion app, and there is a fee for this app.

If you utilize Jobulator, you will...

• receive notifications of available sub jobs as they are entered into the system.
• have the ability to accept/reject jobs from the app instead of logging into the website or calling the system.
• Cost: $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year. There is a 14-day free trial if you want to try it out.

OPTION 2:

Make webpage a Shortcut for FREE!

While there isn’t a free app for Absence Management, you can set the website to be an “app” on your Home Screen. Follow these steps:

• On a mobile device, enter the following address into your web browser: sub.aesoponline.com.
• Enter your login information.
• Once the website is displayed, set this internet site to your Homepage following these directions below.
  • For Android Smartphones
    • Tap on the Menu Button (three vertical dots in top right of screen)
    • Select "Add to Home Screen"
  • For Apple Smartphones
    • Tap on the Share Button (the box with arrow pointing up in bottom center of screen)
    • Select "Add to Home Screen"

There are several reasons why a substitute might not see a job:

1. The substitute does not qualify for the job (classified subs will not see licensed sub jobs and vice versa).
    
2. The substitute has a job already scheduled that conflicts with a job (subs cannot see jobs on a specific day if they already have a job scheduled for that day).
    
3. The substitute does not have that school on their preferred list (to see jobs at a certain school, that school must be on a substitutes Preferred Schools List - found in account settings).
    
4. If no jobs are visible, contact the Substitute Coordinator at 970-613-5005 or by email to resolve the issue.

The Phone PIN is used when listening to/accepting jobs by phone call from the Frontline - Absence Management automated system. Phone PINS must be 4-5 digits.

• Select Preferences from the left menu.
• Select Phone Credentials from the tabs in the center of the screen.
• Enter a new PIN and "Confirm New PIN" to change your Phone PIN.

If you have forgotten your Frontline - Absence Management password, you will need to request a new one from the Login Page.

• Select "Forgot Password."
• Enter your username.
• Select "Continue."
• You will receive an email from Frontline Education with instructions to change your password. (Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox.)

If you have forgotten your Frontline - Absence Management username, you can request it from the Login Page.

• Select "Forgot Username."
• Enter the email associated with your account.
• Select "Email Username."
• You will receive an email from Frontline Education containing your username.

When viewing Past Jobs on the main screen, only the past 30 days will be visible.

• Select "History" from the left menu to view more past scheduled jobs.
• Select date ranges from 60, 90, or 120 days, or set up a custom range of dates to view.
