All job discrepancies or scheduling conflicts that arise when you arrive at an assignment will be handled on a case by case basis by the Substitute Technician. Please contact the Substitute Technician if any discrepancies arise at 970-613-5005.
In the event that you must cancel an assignment, please do so as early as possible. If you are cancelling on the same day, remove yourself from the job in the system and notify the school of the cancellation.
If a teacher cancels your assignment on the day of, if you still wish to work, contact the Substitute Technician for job availability or search for another assignment on Absence Management. There is no payment on cancelled assignments.
The district releases W-2s according to national standards. Upon hire, W-2s will be mailed to the address on file in Employee Online unless the employee has opted out of receiving paper W-2s.

Log into Employee Online account.
Click on Menu.
From here, you'll have the option to view all of your available W-2s.
Thompson School District mails out paper W-2s by the end of January each year, unless staff have opted for digital copies. Staff who receive mailed W-2s will also be able to access their digital copy sometime in February.
To opt out of paper W-2s and receive them only digitally on your Employee Online account, select "Opt-Out of receiving paper W-2 forms" to be able to access your digital W-2 by the end of January.
