Steps to Enroll in District Benefits

  1. Review this Benefits Guide & Premium Information
  2. The Step by Step Instructions for Benefit Enrollment
  3. Complete and return the Long Term Disability form to Human Resources

  4. Click on the American Fidelity Link to make your appointment with their representative regarding your enrollment or waiver of your Flexible Spending Accounts.

New Hires will receive an email to their Thompson School District email address from the CEBT Community plan administrator with instructions to start your benefit enrollment.

To log into the community portal, you will need to first register and set up a username and password.


Make Changes with Online Account

After registering with the community portal, you can login with your username and password to make changes.
