The Hub connects people working in PK-12 education with a broad array of resources (websites, professional development, toolkits, programs, etc.) to help boost healthy school efforts.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Plan is made available to TSD employees and their dependents at no additional cost to employees or dependents. To be eligible, the employee must be enrolled in the district’s long-term disability plan, offered by The Standard Insurance Company. The benefits include information, consultation and referrals to community resources for a variety of concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Marital or relationship difficulties

  • Stress management

  • Troubled children or adolescents

  • Parenting issues

  • Alcohol and drug use

  • Legal and financial problems, including ID Theft

  • Illness or loss of a love one

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Emotional well-being

  • Adult and elder care services

  • Education resources
